Supervisory Board:

Mr. Ivan Krolo, President of Supervisory Board of the Company was born in Sinj, on 11 September 1957. He completed the primary and secondary school (IV Gymnasium) in Zagreb and graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade in Zagreb in 1982.  He worked in SDK (Social Accounting Service) in the Zabok Head Office from 1983 to 1986 performing the tasks of financial inspection and in 1986 took employment in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. In PBZ he started his career as a credit officer within the Corporate Banking Group and after a few years joined a team which established and managed investment banking. In the period from 1993 to 1996 he was the Director of the Securities Center and the Director of the Investment Banking Division. In the period from February 1998 to February 2003 he was the member of the PBZ Management Board responsible for management of equity portfolio in numerous companies from various business branches and financial institutions composing the PBZ Group. Corporate Financing Division, Investment Management Division, management of bad investments of the Bank and internal control of the Bank.
In February 2003 he was appointed Senior Executive Director of the Bank responsible for management of companies within the PBZ Group and the Loan Recovery and Restructuring Division. 

During his long career in PBZ he managed large projects such as: takeover and management of PBZ American express d.o.o., takeover, management and merger of Riadria banka, merger of Krapinsko-Zagorska banka d.d. and PBZ Laguna banka d.d., restructuring of the PBZ Group, establishment of investment funds of the bank, initial public stock offering of Pliva d.d. and similar.
He was the president and member of numerous supervisory boards in companies where PBZ had a proprietary interest and currently is the President of Supervisory Board of PBZ Card d.o.o., President of Supervisory Board of Međimurska banka d.d., President of Supervisory Board of Investholding Karlovac d.o.o.
He attended numerous seminars organized by the Bank, Euromoney, IIF and others from the field of finance, capital market, corporate governance and similar.
 
Ms. Andrea Pavlović is Deputy President of Supervisory Board of PBZ Invest. She was born in 1973. She graduated in 1994, earned her master's degree in 1997 and her doctor's degree in 2004 at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. Since 1995 she worked in the Sabor of the Republic of Croatia (Croatian Parliament) as independent advisor and secretary to the Committee for Finance and State Budget. She took employment in PBZ in 1997 as the Director of the Office of the Management Board of the Bank and in 2002 was promoted to the position of the Advisor to the President of the Management Board and Secretary to the Committee for Assets and Liabilities Management. In 2003 she became the Executive Director of the Risk Management Division. She speaks English and German and has attended many specialist seminars.
 
Mr. Dražen Karakašić is a Member of Supervisory Board of PBZ Invest. He was born in 1971. He graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. Since 1996 he worked in the audit company  KPMG d.o.o. in  Zagreb on the tasks of bank auditing and specialist operations of acquisitions and merging of financial institutions. Since 2000 he worked in PBZ as advisor in the Accounting Division and since 2002 as the Assistant to the Financial Director of the Bank. He speaks English and has attended many specialist programs and seminars.   

Mr. Dražen Kovačić is a Member of Supervisory Board of PBZ Invest. He was born in 1967 in Zagreb and he graduated in 1995 from Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He was employed in PBZ in 1995 on credit financing operations, and from 1997 to 2003 he was employed in Cassa di Risparmio di Trieste - Banca d.d., Zagreb (Unicredit Group) as a credit financing manager and bank’s procurator. Since 2003, is  employed in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. in the Office for Corporate Governance of PBZ Group Subsidiaries and Equity Holdings, as the Assistant Director working on corporate governance jobs for PBZ Group members. Since 2003, he is  the Member of Supervisory Board of PBZ stambena štedionica d.d.

Mr. Marko Orešković, President of Management Board of PBZ Invest was born in 1971. He graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. He started his business career in Varaždinska banka and in 1997 transferred to Trgovačka banka (today Erste Bank d.d.), as Head of Foreign Currency Market Section. In mid 2002 he transferred to Riječka banka d.d. as the Advisor of the Management Board for Treasury. He was employed by PBZ in 2003 as the Director of Product Sale of the Treasury Division. In December 2004 he was appointed advisor in the Investment Management Division within the Finance Group. In mid February 2005 he was appointed member of Management Board of PBZ Invest and at the beginning of November 2006 he became the President of Management Board of PBZ Invest.  

Mr. Igor Pavlović, member of Management Board of PBZ Invest was born in 1974. He graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, Department: Finance. In mid 2000 he got employed in ZB Invest d.o.o., the company for management of investment funds of Zagrebačka banka d.d. on the tasks of sale support. Since 2003 he worked as Head of Sales in ZB Invest and was responsible for customer relations management and IT development. At the end of 2004 he got employed in PBZ Invest.
